Who will we be working with?
You will be working directly with Nicholas Mitchinson, the founder of Stratus Studios.
How does onboarding work?
After signup, an initial onboarding call will be scheduled to review your current infrastructure, processes, and systems, as well as any relevant documentation
Are there discounts available for startups or non-profit organizations?
Yes. Discounted rates are available to non-profit entities. Compensation structure can be negotiated for startups that have raised less than $10M in total funding.
Will you make direct changes to our infrastructure or process yourself?
No! Infrastructure and process changes will be provided as infrastructure-as-code changes. If direct application of more complex changes is needed, or if your organization is not currently utilizing IaC tooling, changes will only be applied during synchronous calls with an authorized member of your team.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are not available for services provided.
How are larger projects handled?
Larger projects will be broken down into individual tasks and deliverables by Stratus. Depending on the size of the project, or any specific timelines, deadlines, or external dependencies, we may recommend a project-scoped engagement outside of the typical monthly structure.
